KASHMIR: THE SECOND PARTITION?

Today for all practical purposes the shimmering vales of Kashmir no longer lies within the practical jurisdiction of the Indian central government; on paper and theoretically, yes, the state still belongs to India..Think however what it’s practical position is vis-ŕ-vis the daily governance of it is concerned.The Hurriyat terrorists have eaten up the valley amongst themselves and have driven the representatives of our ancient sanatan heritage out of their homeland forever. What has the central government done to rectify this glaring and shameful slur on all that the timelessly ancient culture of Hindustan stands for? The Pandits of the valley today have no state to call as their own; this is a stark revival of the holocaust which was unleashed by these same Muslim fundamentalists on the poor Sindhi population fifty years ago. This is what happens when a nation foolishly clings to some absurd concepts like the so-called secularism, which has been so abused in our modern age. I ask, do these know-alls who continue clinging to their seats of power shamelessly inspite of exhibiting such a blatant incompetence even have the slightest idea of what the implications of secularism might be for a unique nation like India? Verily secularism only provides a free hand to secessionist forces to play their conspiracies to the fullest, and this has only too often been proved in world history as well as the current political problems faced by various nations.

Look at the Turkish movements in Germany where the ethnic Turks has already started raising the banner of Islamic nationalism. Indeed it has only too often been the case that whenever and wherever the Islamic factor has grown out in an influential position, the particular nation has had to face the secessionist plague of Muslim fundamentalism. Russia is facing it in Chechnnya, the Yugoslavians are facing it in Kosovo. The Chinese are facing it in Sinkiang…. The list goes on!! Look at us Hindus: we have experienced the havoc that Islamic separatism can mean; and yet, today we have allowed ourselves to arrive yet again on that threshold of rape,loot, and slaughter- which the enemies of our culture have already started unleashing on us. Secularism and the attendant rule of the hollow democracy are the twin banes are ruining our nation.

The power-holders will not speak a word against the Muslims-after all minority votes are more important for India’s future well-being than national security!! Election time and the dhoti-clad politician will shamelessly start doing the rounds of vote begging stooping so low as to grant ration-cards to illegal Bangladeshi immigrants just so that they would vote for him. This about all sums up exactly, what we can expect from the Indian establishment regarding the promotion of Hindu interests in Hindustan itself. Indeed democracy and secularism has rendered the Hindus strangers in their own land!! Secularism in India means promoting the minority-interests and trampling the feelings, hopes and aspirations of the majority community!

The question is, are we, ourselves ready to launch a counter-attack on these evil forces which are at present hell-bent on ruining our nation? Are we ready to dedicate ourselves to the service of our mother-land and effect whatever sacrifices that may be needed? Are we ready to take the future of our home-land in our own hands and take the initiative?? Or are we just going to remain no more than arm-chair critics and cyber-revolutionaries-content only to shake our heads sadly at the going-ons and put the blame on somebody's’ shoulders?? These words are meant to incite you Hindus into taking action-strike down the Islamic fundamentalism and do something in that direction; or the future will witness the future generations living the lives of degraded converts!!
The Abdullah government has proved its secessionist colour by passing the autonomy bill. It deserves the highest condemnation. Not only that all self-respecting Hindus must remember the power which democracy invests in even the enemies of the nation. The fortunes of Hindustan can only be secured forever when the nation is delivered from this sham called secular and democratic politics. Are the Hindus who are witnessing the degradation of our nation up to it??
